Superbowl Snacking -Game Day Food

Game day is quickly approaching! 🏈 It seems like so many of the foods associated with Superbowl Sunday are many of the really unhealthy, overindulgent ones, like pizza, wings, heavy dips! There are so many ways to lighten those up and keep Game Day from punching you in the gut, while still enjoying amazing party foods! Did you know that statistically more people call in sick on SuperBowl Monday than any other day! Don't let that food hangover be yours! ;)

What are you craving?

Cauliflower Pizza - Superbowl is the #1 Pizza Delivery Day of the year. Are you craving pizza? I've got you covered with a simple Cauliflower crust! But this one is not only Gluten Free, it also call for Zero Cheese at all! If you want cheese on top, that's your call, but you won't find it in the crust! It's packed with undercover veggies and only 4 simple ingredients!

Touchdown Turkey Nachos - Lighten up by using some colorful Bell Peppers in place of the traditional chip! Touchdown Turkey Nachos are super easy to make, lean and clean, a family favorite and pair perfectly with fresh Guacamole and Pico de Gallo! These are not only Gluten and Dairy Free, but they are also such a pretty edition to any Game Day Spread!

Vegan Nachos - It doesn’t get any easier or more delicious than this..Get your Nacho Fix with a super simple but Ahhhmazing Snack Option! ❤️💚💛 Thanks to Better Bean Company for their Ready made, Vegan Cuban Black Beans all I did was slice some peppers and add some Pico and Game Changer! You can make your own Pico or use your favorite store bought salsa! (I find these at Whole Foods in the produce section with the Hummus)

Zucchini Pasta Salad - A delicious stand in for the old Pasta Salad! This one is one of my Top go-tos for any party always! It is absolutely delicious and pairs well with everything! It's Vegan, Gluten Free, Paleo and Dairy Free with the option to add Feta Cheese! It has some Garbanzo for a little protein, but you can always add in a cup of Banza Chickpea Pasta as well! This keeps for about 3 days and makes for amazing snacks as well!

Paleo Wings - Wings don't have to be packed with sugar and fried! These wings are not only Gluten and Sugar free, they are grilled to perfection! They are also a HUGE kid favorite at our house! This marinade works for so many things, keep it around as a dip, dressing or sauce!

Sweet Potato Guacamole - Sweet Potato meets Avocado and absolute Amazingness is born! Another Vegan Dip that's so pretty and power packed! Pair this up with some Bell Pepper Slices or Siete Cassava Chips and you're ready to roll!

Gluten Free Grass Fed Burgers - These buns are made with the same recipe as my Cauliflower Pizza Crust! We have used them for everything from Grilled Sandwiches to Topping for Pot Pie! They are easy to make, Dairy free and keep in the fridge in ana airtight container for about 4 days, also freeze well! I like to turn out a BIG batch and freeze them for quick meals! Family Favorite!

Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders - These Gluten Free Chicken Tenders are EASY and a great option for a large batch! They freeze well and are a huge Kid Favorite at our house! I love them over Greens with Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Dressing, but the kids like them straight up or with Magic Dip Sauce. You can sub water or Nut Milk to keep them Dairy Free!

Kid Favorites - This Fun for all Fruit Sushi makes a great addition to any Super Bowl table! I have included an Easy Button on these too! ;) My kiddos also love ANYTHING on a skewer! Fruit Skewers, Hawaiian Skewers, anything!

There are so many more, but these should definitely cover the basics with a much healthier outcome! Happy SuperBowl! I hope this helps!
