1-2 tbsps. honey
1/2 balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup dijon mustard
cayenne pepper (optional)
2 dozen drumettes/wings - rinsed & dried
6 drumstix - rinsed & dried
Place the chicken into a large dish or ziploc bag. Mix the sauce ingredients up in a jar, and pour to cover all the meat. Allow to marinade in the fridge for as long as you can! Sometimes it gets only a few hours and sometimes a whole day!
I always do extra! This is a great time to get additional chicken marinaded and grilled for other chicken recipes or salads throughout the week! We do this every Sunday for #mealprep
Heat a clean grill to High Heat.
Place chicken on the grill for a good sear, and lower the temp to medium/low. Low and slow is the key! Allow it to cook on low for about 20 minutes, then turn everything. Allow to cook for about 20 more minutes or until an internal temp of 165 is reached.
Serve with what we call Magic Sauce...
