Eggs in the Pressure Cooker

The pressure cooker makes quick and easy work of

a couple dozen eggs in 9 minutes! And even makes them easier to peel! 😉

I have done as many as 2 dozen eggs for my Sunday Meal Prep and they are perfect, store well for a few days and are a great quick source of protein at the ready!

Add a steamer basket to the Pressure Cooker (see pic below) add 1/2 cup water, close lid, turn nozzle to sealing, manual 9 minutes! It will take a few minutes to heat up, but once it's done, remove eggs, place in fridge for about 30 minutes and they will practically Fall out of the shell! . My 👧🏻👧🏻👧🏻👦🏻 beg for these Deviled Eggs and gobble them up! Win win!!🙋🏻 . .

👏🏼 Pressure Cooker + 6 eggs + 1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Mayo + 2 tbsp. Woodstock Relish & a dash of Paprika for the Kid Lunch WIN!!!! 🏅

*I like them spiced up with Cottage Lane Spicy Relish, but either way, 2 eggs or 4 halves make a perfect snack/mini meal portion!
