Banana Bread - Gluten Free

🍌No bananas left behind! Have a couple of those freckled bananas that your kids turn their nose up at!? You have options! #1 peel them and freeze them in a freezer safe bag for shakes or banana swirl OR #2 Whip them into this #supersimple banana bread and they’ll be #gonein60secs 😉 . Only a handful of clean and Gluten Free Ingredients and packing an undercover protein punch!

What you need...

3 Ripe Bananas

1 tbsp. Honey

3 Eggs

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (I used Primal Palate)

3/4 Cup Almond Flour

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Shake

Cooking Spray

Walnut (optional)

Preheat oven to 375F. Thoroughly mash the banana with a potato masher or fork. Whisk in remaining ingredients until well combined. Add optional walnuts. Generously spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Get your slice fast because it doesn't last! Although....I think it's even better the next day! ;)
