Monday is the opening of A Body Empowered! Heads Up Wilmington, it's about to get Next Level! The one and only Amy McCauley is finally opening her very own studio MONDAY and she has taken personal attention to every single detail! There is NO Experience like the Amy Experience! Not only do you get the best workout of your life, Every. Single. Time. but what you gain is SO much more! It's a change in the trajectory of your day, an attitude adjustment in an hour, it's where you're both giddy and scared to find out what you'll be doing, it's where you will be taken to Your own edge and then helped right over it, it's a comparison free zone where you can Chase YOUR Better and Chose YOUR hard no one else's; it's where the energy pings like lightening around the room and you can't help but let it in! It's where your Mind, Body and Soul feel the shake down for hours after! It's where kindness, love and support pulses and "I CAN" runs through your veins! But even more than that, Amy crosses all lines, she can jump from Barre to HIIT, from Pilates to Bootcamp, from Personal Training to HIIT Punch and so much more and all as if they were her one and only specialty! @abodyempowered studio you will find these and so much more! The website is up and running and ready for you to register for classes! She has amazing trainers for a variety of classes including Yoga and Punch and even kid's classes!!! I cannot be more excited for a jump start!
