🌶 Paleo Chipotle Lime Cilantro Slaw
With a 🥑Side of Fresh Pico & Guac
Whenever we have fish tacos I like to amp up the veggies with a little smokey slaw in place of any sauce! I mean slaw goes with everything right!? Especially down here in the South! 😜 It's always a great way to get in the benefits of cabbage and ACV!
Last night I mixed this batch up with an off the cuff dressing and 💥now I can’t get enough!! It's both the heat and the sweet that set this combo on fire!
For the Slaw 👉🏼 A mixture of Red & Green Cabbage, Matchstick Carrots, Spiralized Radishes and a big handful of Chopped Cilantro!
For the dressing :
1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayo + 2 tbsp. ACV + 1/2 tbsp. Honey + a little extra Crushed Chipotles and #magic
Pretty sure there’s a Bratwurst somewhere calling for this! Hint Hint....there's always tomorrow!
