Thanks to Sunday Meal Prep And...of course a little help from my Fit Friend Heather Barritt's Poached Egg Hack + Gilbert's Fully Cooked at the ready Nitrate Free Chicken Sausage this little beauty took < 2 minutes to make and under < 2 minutes to inhale 😜.
For the Poached Egg - Add 1/2 cup water to a glass vessel, crack 1 egg into the water, add a splash of vinegar and pop in the microwave for 1 minute! Perfect Poach!
For the Spinach, Smashed Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sausage - 45 seconds in the microwave in a glass dish - > Assemble!
