Kid Lunch Hack or a Snack ;)

So this is actually a pic of my kiddos lunch! 😜 I try to keep their macros pretty balanced too while offering them things they love! Both of these are Fun Snack Options for you too! 
🍎 Almond Butter Apple Nachos - Wash and Core an Apple, spread with your choice of Nut Butter, Add any topping your 💚 desires! Dried fruit, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut, white or dark chocolate bits, even IsaDelights if you have them!
🥚Healthy Deviled Eggs - I literally make these every single week, at least once. My children hammer them and they never seem to get old! 🤞

👉Hardboiled Eggs, Peel, Slice in Half, Scoop Out the Yolk into a bowl, mash with a fork, mix in a little Avocado Mayo + Organic Sweet Relish, stuff back into the egg, top with a dash of Paprika! 


👉For the Big Kids you can replace the Sweet Relish with Spicy Relish for a kick! We love Cottage Lane Kitchen Get Me A Switch Relish, from Whole Foods. It's also great in Tuna and Chicken Salad!!! 
😉Foolproof Methods-
👉Instant Pot - Add 1/2 cup water, place eggs into steamer basket in the IP, close lid and valve, Manual Cook 7 minutes, Release Steam, Ice Bath - done! 
👉No Instant Pot - Add eggs to small pot, cover with water. Place lid on and bring to a rolling boil. As soon as it's boiling, Turn off heat, leave lid in place and walk away for 30 minutes.
