I worked hard on Meal Prep this week to get wide variety of colors and nutrients into our diet this week! An hour in a rainbow out! Tons of raw fruits and veggies along with simply roasted ones and 1 in the pressure cooker! Nothing fancy with the cooking, just simply blended together to make several different things! You can get SO much out of spending a little time washing and chopping fruits and veggies to make for so many different options! Meal Prep for the win!!! 🥕🍠🌶🍅🍆🥑🥗🥒🍋🍓🍌🥝🌈
