Tarragon Chicken Salad

👏🏼Primal Tarragon Chicken Salad! This is one of my all time favorites! I used several organic chicken breasts, placed them into the slow cooker on high for about 3 hours! I pulled them out with tongs and shredded them in seconds with tongs!

Tons of good protein for the week, 3 hours of completely inactive time and tons of options - Chicken Taco Meat, Shredded Chicken Soup, Chicken Salad, all kinds of things! Win, Win, Win!!! But, for this one you can always use shredded turkey as well! Every year, when the dust settles and Thanksgiving is over, I chop up all the leftover turkey and make this same Tarragon "Chicken" Salad! :) It's a great way to use up those leftovers from Turkey or Chicken, is super refreshing and serves nicely alone, in a lettuce wrap or in a cucumber boat! ;)

Tarragon Turkey Salad

What you need...

About 3 cups leftover roasted turkey or chicken, chopped into bite sized pieces

-1/4 cup fresh tarragon -1/4 cup avocado mayo -1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice -2 tablespoons Bragg ACV -1 tablespoon honey -1 cup grapes, halved -1/2 apple, chopped -salt & pepper

Combine mayo, lemon juice, AVC & Honey and whisk to make a dressing. In al arge bowl mix other ingredients and toss well with dressing!
