Chipotle Chicken and Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Winner Winner for Lunch or Dinner! 😉 . 🔥Chipotle Chicken & Cauliflower Rice "Bowl" w/ Avocado Vinaigrette and let me tell you....It way AHHHHH-mazing!!!! 🔥 . 👉🏼What you need...2 servings

4-6 oz grilled chipotle chicken, cut into bite sized pieces ~3 cups cauliflower rice 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed & drained 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 avocado, cut into pieces 1/4 cup shredded cheese Green onions, chopped Fresh Cilantro, chopped . 👉🏼Spread out your warm cauliflower rice, divide each additional topping in half ➡️half for each "bowl", top with fresh cilantro & green onions and drizzle with Avocado Vinaigrette! Enjoy! .
